What we delete
Depending on your request and applicable law, we may delete or anonymize contact form submissions, waitlist entries, demo inquiry records, account profile data, and other personal data OwlWA controls. Messaging content processed on behalf of business customers may require coordination with that business customer (the data controller for Service Data).
Meta / Facebook app users
If you used OwlWA through a Meta/Facebook login or related integration, you can use this page as OwlWA's Data Deletion Request URL. After you submit a request, keep your confirmation code. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
